SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide​​.

The shipping cost is automatically updated at checkout​​. ​

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days. (Monday - Friday). If you place your order during the weekend it will be shipped on Monday.

 

Your order will arrive in approximately 72 hours (EU zone). Outside EU, please consult.

 

We make two delivery attempts, or even three depending on the situation. If the order is not received, it is returned to our warehouse, and if you wish to have it delivered again, you must pay the shipping fee once more. Under no circumstances will the cost of the purchased items be refunded.

If you receive a defective item, you must report it via email within the first 24 hours after receiving the order. If we have the item in stock, we will send you a replacement to the same shipping address used for the original order. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the corresponding amount. (This policy does not apply to handmade items, which may differ slightly from the image due to the manufacturing process, as specified in the product description).

Pre Order Items takes around 10-15 days, please contact us before shopping if you have any doubt.

RETURN POLICY

There is a 7 day exchange period from the day you receive your items. We will provide you via email an address in Madrid, Spain, so you can send your items.

Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition for us to proceed with the exchange.
