How would you describe yourself at this point in your life?

Feliz. Estoy muy contenta con todos y con todo lo que me rodea, me siento increíblemente afortunada y hago todo lo posible por recordármelo cada día y disfrutarlo, al tiempo que intento devolver ese amor a todos los que me rodean.

The Coolest project you have worked on is...

¡Mi boda, el verano pasado! Fue el proyecto más divertido con nuestras familias, que dio como resultado la mejor fiesta de amor rodeados de nuestras personas favoritas en un lugar muy especial para nosotros. Lo recuerdo con una sonrisa todos los días.

Encuentro inspiración en casi todo. Desde la naturaleza, observando sus colores, sonidos, texturas, formas... hasta las ciudades más bulliciosas, como Londres, donde vivo, o Madrid, de donde soy. Son lienzos en blanco de caos, armonía, tradición, ruptura, olores, emociones... Es infinito. También me inspiran profundamente mi marido, mis amigos y mi familia, que son increíblemente sensibles e inteligentes y de los que aprendo mucho.

Últimamente me he enamorado profundamente de Kioto, es como un sueño, una experiencia retrofuturista, extremadamente romántica y llena de historia.

Visita los templos al amanecer y disfruta de la magia y el ceremonial de la espiritualidad japonesa, sus antiguas papelerías que muestran su extremo cuidado y amor por el ritual, el detalle y la artesanía, y los mágicos omasakes para un último festín de los sentidos en las calles más románticas.

The Coolest everyday's look for C is...

Para mí es imprescindible sentirme cómoda con la ropa que llevo puesta y, desde que vivo en Londres, me he enamorado de las prendas más coloridas, o al menos eso dice mi madre, probablemente para compensar el gris del cielo. Creo que nada puede superar a una buena falda, es un look tan femenino, especialmente en verano, que lo combino con una camiseta divertida o una camisa, dependiendo de lo que vaya a hacer ese día, me pongo unas bonitas bailarinas y estoy lista para lo que me depare el día.

The Coolest place for an Autumn trip?

Londres es mágica en otoño, con todas esas hojas cambiando de color y cayendo con elegancia de los árboles, como una coreografía que se repite simultáneamente en todos los parques.

What's in your suitcase?

Soy pésima haciendo las maletas y suelo meter demasiadas cosas, para desesperación de cualquiera que viaje conmigo. Siempre incluyo ropa cómoda para el viaje, algunos conjuntos bonitos por si los necesito, unas zapatillas deportivas para caminar, mis cremas y el libro que estoy leyendo, sin el que no puedo viajar.

Bonus track: A must-have in Cris’s bag is...

Auriculares para llamar a mi familia y amigos mientras paseo por Londres, un pintalabios marrón y mis gafas de sol (siendo optimista ☔️).

How would you describe yourself at this point in your life?

Happy. I am very content with everyone and everything around me, I feel incredibly lucky and I am making my best to remind my self daily of it and enjoy it, while I try to give this love back to everyone around me.

The Coolest project you have worked on is...

My wedding, last summer! It was the most fun project with our families that resulted in the greatest party of love surrounded by our favourite people in a place that is very special for us. I think of it with a smile on a daily basis.

I find inspiration in almost everything. From nature, looking at its colours, sounds, textures, forms… to the busiest cities, like London where I live or Madrid where I am from. They are blank canvases of caos, armony, tradition, rupture, smells, emotions… it’s endless. I am also deeply inspired by my husband and my friends and family who are incredibly sensitive and smart and from whom I learn so much.

The Coolest city on the world for C is…

I have recently felt deeply in love with Kyoto, it’s like a dream, a retrofuristic experience, extremely romantic and full of history.

The Coolest places there?

Visit the temples at sunrise and enjoy the magic and ceremonial of Japanese spirituality, its ancient stationary shops that show their extreme care and love for ritual, detail and craft and the magic omasakes for a last feast of the senses in the most romantic streets.

The Coolest everyday's look for C is...

Being comfortable with the clothes I am wearing is a must for me and, since I live in London, I have fallen in love with more colourful clothes, or so says my mum, probably to cope with the greyness of the sky. I think nothing can beat a good skirt, it’s such a nice feminine look, specially in the summer, I combine it with a fun t-shirt or a shirt, depending on what I am doing that day, I put on a nice pair of bailarinas and I am ready for what the day might bring.

The Coolest place for an Autumn trip?

London is magic in the Autumn, all those leafs changing colours and gracefully falling off the trees like a corrographed dance happening simultaneously in every park.

What's in your suitcase?

I am a terrible packer and I normally include way too many things for the despair of anyone who travels with me. I would always include comfortable clothes for the ride, a few nice looks in case I need them, a pair of trainers to walk everywhere, my creams and the book I am reading, that I can’t travel without.

Headphones to call family and friends while I walk around London, a brown lipstick and my sunglasses (hopeful thinking ☔️).
