María from Los Confites

Cuando día con el perfil de Los Confites a través de Instagram, sabía que quería ir antes de que lo conociera todo el mundo. Fuimos a celebrar el cumple de mi madre y ahí conocí a María y a Javier. No había hecho un research previo de absolutamente nada porque quería dejarme sorprender. Aparte de que, por supuesto, la experiencia fue increíble, -estoy deseando volver-, María, Javier y en general toda su familia, te hacen sentir como en casa. Estuve un rato charlando con María, le conté mi proyecto y no hizo falta ni siquiera tener que proponerle nada. Ella ya estaba dispuesta a todo. Es genial :)

El verdadero lujo hoy en día es el contacto con la naturaleza y el bienestar que aporta la vida sencilla. Alimentarse de productos saludables y de temporada. En definitiva, volver a nuestro origen.

Los Confites. Es el sitio que reúne precisamente este lujo tan buscado hoy en día. Estar en plena naturaleza, comer bien, disfrutar del campo... Desconectar.

La experiencia comienza dando un paseo por el campo, ver a nuestros burros y gallinas, comprobar cómo están creciendo nuestros cultivos de temporada.

A continuación tomar el aperitivo en una de nuestras praderas y, por supuesto, que no falte nuestra cerveza artesanal: LUK.

LUK es la marca de cerveza artesana de nuestra hija, Lucía Arenzana, que también lleva la parte gastronómica de Los Confites. Así que podemos estar seguros de que tanto en los almuerzos de otoño-invierno como en los brunch de primavera-verano, nadie quedará indiferente. Todo siempre pensado para que Los Confiteros que nos acompañan puedan disfrutar del producto tradicional, a la vez que se sorprenden con nuevos sabores con nuestro toque de innovación.

Me gusta mucho La Ancha. Es un concepto de restaurante de toda la vida, absolutamente familiar. Es un proyecto que ha pasado de generación en generación sin perder los valores de los fundadores.

También adoro el concepto sostenible de Espacio Tramo y MO de Movimiento.

Remando de nuevo hacia casa, el perfil emprendedor de Lucía me apasiona. Cuenta su aventura de emprendimiento desde el primer minuto: ella fabrica, vende, entrega, se encarga de generar contenido... (Aquí coincido con María, Lucía es muy cool :))

"Así Empecé". Fue uno de los pioneros y lo sigo desde la primera entrevista que hizo a Clemente Cebrián. Consigue inspirar y a la vez proporciona información muy útil. Me encanta.

Aunque es casi un secreto, estamos deseando compartirlo... La siguiente fase del proyecto será la incorporación de unos Eco Pods para completar la experiencia. Todos los que nos visiten podrán descansar y pasar temporadas con nosotros alojándose y durmiendo en nuestra granja. Además, tendremos masajes y tratamientos de la mano de la línea cosmética con la que colaboramos, Puramente 23, y muchas más actividades para que todo el que venga no quiera irse nunca!!!

When I first came across the Los Confites profile on Instagram, I knew I wanted to go before everyone knew about it. We went to celebrate my mother's birthday and that's where I met María and Javier. I hadn't done any research beforehand because I wanted to be surprised. Apart from the fact that, of course, the experience was incredible, -I can't wait to come back-, María, Javier and in general their whole family make you feel at home. I spent some time chatting with María, I told her about my project and I didn't even need to propose anything to her. She was ready for anything. She's very cool :)

An entrepreneur with a lot of enthusiasm and a hint of unconsciousness.

The real luxury today is the contact with nature and the well-being that comes from simple living. Eating healthy, seasonal products. In short, returning to our origins.

Los Confites. It is the place that brings together precisely this luxury that is so sought after nowadays. Being in the middle of nature, eating well, enjoying the countryside... To disconnect.

The experience begins with a walk in the countryside, seeing our donkeys and chickens, checking how our seasonal crops are growing.

Afterwards, have an aperitif in one of our meadows and, of course, don't miss our craft beer: LUK

LUK is the brand of craft beer owned by our daughter, Lucía Arenzana, who also runs the gastronomic side of Los Confites. So we can be sure that both in the autumn-winter lunches and in the spring-summer brunches, no one will be left indifferent. Everything is always designed so that the Confectioners who accompany us can enjoy the traditional product, while being surprised by new flavours with our touch of innovation.

I really like La Ancha. It is a lifelong restaurant concept, absolutely family-run. It is a project that has been passed down from generation to generation without losing the values of the founders.

I also love the sustainable concept of Espacio Tramo and MO de Movimiento.

Paddling back home, I love Lucía's entrepreneurial profile. She tells her entrepreneurial adventure from the very first minute: she manufactures, sells, delivers, is in charge of generating content... (Here I agree with Maria, Lucia is very cool :))

‘Así Empecé’ . They were one of the pioneers and I have been following him since the first interview with Clemente Cebrián. They manage to inspire and at the same time provides very useful information. I love it.

Although it is almost a secret, we are eager to share it.... The next phase of the project will be the addition of Eco Pods to complete the experience.
